Plan International Liberia, DCI, and medica Liberia, with technical support from Raising Voices, the
training aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and momentum of 40 key facilitators (26 females
and 14 Males), partners, and stakeholders for the effective implementation of the Start Phase of the
Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP).
